VISITOR PARKING AREAS:
There are not a great deal of visitor parking on the property. You should have one car in garage and spare car on your driveway pad. Please be considerate of others who need a parking space for their friends and family, visiting. The visitor spot is not intended for parking seven days a week and all night.
There is NO PARKING in front of units on the main driveways. This is a fire lane and first responder's need quick access to units in an emergency!

Goodtime III
The MV Goodtime III is the third generation of sightseeing boats that cruise and tours the Cuyahoga River and Cleveland Harbor.
